By accessing the hot30 platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh and constitute a legally binding agreement between hot30 and the user. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. hot30 reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any such changes will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms apply equally to all registered and unregistered users in Bangladesh. All activity on the hot30 platform — including gaming, betting, transactions, and communications — is governed by these terms. Users must be at least 18 years old to access the platform, and minors are strictly prohibited. hot30 may request age verification documents in any case deemed suspicious and reserves the right to suspend an account until proof of age is provided.

Account Creation & Security
Creating an account on hot30 requires accurate and complete information. Each user may register only one account — operating multiple accounts is a violation of our rules. The name, address, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be truthful, as they are used for identity verification and transaction processing. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended and any associated balance forfeited.
Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your password with anyone or allowing a third party to access your account is strictly prohibited. If you believe your account security has been compromised, contact our customer support team immediately and change your password. hot30 will never ask for your password or OTP via email or chat — treat any such request as a phishing attempt and act with caution. We strongly recommend changing your password regularly and using a strong, unique password to keep your account secure.
Completing the KYC verification process is a mandatory requirement before any withdrawal can be made. Verification must be completed by submitting a national ID, passport, or any other government-issued identity document. hot30 may request additional verification documents at any time, and failure to provide them within the specified period may result in delayed transactions.
User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
Each user is fully responsible for their own conduct while using the hot30 platform. Fraud, system manipulation, and the use of bots, scripts, or automated tools are strictly prohibited. Misleading other users, spreading false information to cause financial harm, or attempting to disrupt normal platform operations are treated as punishable offenses. hot30 reserves the right to take legal action against any such activity.
Every member is responsible for playing by the platform's rules and treating other users with respect. Abusive language, threats, or harassment in live chat, support channels, or any other form of communication will result in immediate account suspension. Users must not engage in betting or gaming using funds belonging to a third party, and using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Users must confirm that participating in online gaming is legal under the laws of their country. hot30 does not provide legal advice, and users are solely responsible for verifying this for themselves. Any content accessible on the platform may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the hot30 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are detailed in the financial transactions section, and transactions outside these limits cannot be processed. hot30 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time and will notify users in advance of any such changes.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–5 business days after KYC verification is complete. Withdrawing bonus funds requires the applicable wagering conditions to be met, with full details available on the promotions page. Fees may apply depending on the deposit method and will be clearly communicated before the transaction is made. If any transaction is deemed suspicious, hot30 may place it on hold until an investigation is concluded.
Users must ensure that the payment account used for deposits is registered in their own name. Transactions made using another person's account or payment method are a violation of our rules and may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture. Refunds will be returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit. hot30 is not responsible for failures or delays caused by any third-party payment gateway.

Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Hot30 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any reason — including rule violations, fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity. A suspended account will lose access to its balance until an investigation is completed, at which point the user will be informed of the outcome. If no violation is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance will remain intact. However, if fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, the full balance will be forfeited and relevant information may be disclosed to law enforcement. Users who wish to close their own account may contact customer support to submit a request; the account will be closed once any valid balance has been withdrawn.
All content on the hot30 platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text, and graphics — is protected under hot30's exclusive intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes under any circumstances. Screenshots or recordings of any part of the platform shared with third parties without hot30's permission are strictly prohibited. hot30 reserves the right to pursue legal action and seek compensation for any intellectual property infringement.

Hot30 provides its services on an "as-is" basis and is not liable for any loss arising from technical faults, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. All gaming outcomes are determined by a random number generator, and hot30 does not guarantee any specific result or win. hot30 will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, changes in government policy, or other force majeure events. Users participate in gaming and betting entirely at their own risk, and any financial loss is the sole responsibility of the user.
Third-Party Links & Services
Third-party game software, payment gateways, and other external services available on the hot30 platform operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. hot30 makes no guarantees regarding the quality, security, or availability of third-party services and accepts no liability for their actions or failures. It is the user's responsibility to review the relevant terms before using any third-party service. hot30 accepts no responsibility for any issues arising from visiting websites outside the hot30 platform.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Hot30 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notification in advance. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute between a user and hot30, an amicable resolution will be sought first, with legal action taken only if that fails.
